What are the types of meetings at which public comment is taken?


School Board Meetings (held to conduct the official business of the district)

  • Agenda Public Comment – The public is invited to speak on items that are on the published agenda.
  • Open Public Comment – The public is invited to speak on items that are NOT on the published agenda.

Public Hearings and Rule Development Workshops (ex. rezonings, policy revisions, etc.)

The public is invited to speak on items that are on the Public Hearing or Rule Development Workshop agendas.
